So if you’re reading this, you’ve heard we’re starting a brewery. I guess you could say we’re still in “the beginning stages” since all we’ve officially done is buy a brewhouse. However, things are really starting to move quickly. We’ve found the place we hope to make home for Rushing Duck, and we’re right on the verge of purchasing a lot more equipment (gulp!) We’ve hit a few snags so far but nothing too terrible (knock on wood…no seriously, do it!). My goal is to update this weekly or as often as important things happen. In all honesty, I’m definitely looking at this blog as a free way to publicize what we’re doing. However, I have a feeling it’s also going to be a catharsis of sorts for me to deal with all of the naysayers and party-poopers that we’ve encountered and are sure to encounter in the coming months. Either way…Get Excited! It’s happening!
