Apologies again for the lack of updates. The truth is that there isn’t a whole lot to update. We are really hung up right now in getting municipal approval to have a brewery at our proposed site. We are at the point now that if we don’t get approval by mid-January we will be picking up and looking for a new location.
On to more pleasant news…If you’ve been keeping tabs, we have a bunch of our equipment already ordered and delivered. Our brewhouse, most of our fermenters, and our small bottle filler are already on-site.
Also, I am in the final stages of meeting with a very talented artist to get our logo finished. We will be getting T-Shirts and stickers made up as ASAP as possible so that we can show the label off. I am extremely excited about how it looks, and I’m itching to show it off now. However, once the “refined” version gets completed I’m positive that it’ll be worth waiting for.
